Sidebar icons inconsistency - "New"

Might be an intended change to avoid loading all quests until you interact with the menu, but I didn't notice any type of "loading lag" when interacting with the menu so I'm reporting it as a bug.
I assume it's supposed to remember which ones you've checked and remove the "New" text afterwards, not have it be invisible from the start.

Bug type: Visual/UI

Brief bug summary: Sidebar icons don't show the "New" notification under them until you expand views or interact with the other icons. It is reset by going into cash shop/auction house or relogging.

More details: The Daily yellow lightbulb is always displaying correctly. Clicking the white lightbulb does not reveal the "New" notifications. Changing channels normally does not reset the icons.


Steps to reproduce:
Observe that only the Daily yellow lightbulb has text under it.
Click the Daily icon or expand the Event/Reward Point menus
The "New" text will now appear under every icon except the one you interacted with
Go into Cash Shop
Exit Cash Shop
The icons have now reset to not showing "New" under any icon
