Bring back the permanent safety charm to the CS

okay, it's been years so I'm pretty mad about this - when marvel came out you put both the permanent hyper teleport rock and permanent pendant slot in there. But you never put the permanent safety charm in.

Therefore I'm asking for it to return to the cash shop (at least temporarily) since you guys don't seem to intend to put it in marvel. And with the level cap increase there will definitely be some people who would want it.
