Problem with [Glamour Anvil] and [Pluto's Cape].

I find it pretty odd that we can Glamour Anvil all the legendaries armors and weapons, the balrog wings and even the absolute cape, but we can't glamour forge the new legendary cape, the pluto's cape from the raid Infernog, considering it meets all the criterias the other items listed meets. It's pretty sad that if i want to use that cape i need to roll a cape and then roll better stats than what i'm using you need the planets to align to get a wearable Pluto's Cape.
