Visual bug on World of Pink Hat (F)

Bug type: Visual bug.

Summary: Hat is not visible to anybody but the person equipping it.

Details: When equipping the World of Pink Hat (F) it appears normal on the screen. But I realised it does not show up on the Character Info screen, and after asking around also realised that it is not visible to anybody other than me.
