Marvel 2x/3x coupons work at Lv256+

Brief Bug Summary: After Lv256, you can move exp boosters from the Cash Shop into your cash inventory, and for 2h/6h 1.5/2x/3x coupons from marvel, their effects apply (note that for the standard 4h/24h 2x coupons, you can move them but their effects do not apply).

Steps to Reproduce: Get a 2 hour 3x coupon or 6 hour 2x coupon from Marvel. Log onto a Lv256 character. Move it from CS to inventory (should not be allowed). Kill a mob, and observe that the exp bonus is given (should not be allowed).
