Bug type: Skill not applying

Brief bug summary: Spirit Bond 1 allows Shade to heal on every skill use if it hits (1% max health), True Spirit Claw does not heal you whatsoever

Steps to reproduce: Having missing health and use true spirit claw, will not heal as it should.
