I bought an 8 slot expansion with maple reward points and never got the item while my reward point balance was deducted.

    Inventory expansions don't give an item, they are immediately applied.
    Check that your inventory has grown by 8 slots.

    Easiest way to do this is to click the button that expands your inventory out so that it's a single display of your available, and unavailable, slots. It does require, though, that you know how many slots you had open prior to buying the expansion.
