Lachelein Masquerade Mask quest bug

After you kill the 100 red shoes and deliver the quest to Masquerade Mask you had to destroy a music box, then the quest finish, but after i destroy it it doesn't proceed the quest and i can't forfeit it, the only way to left that place is reconnecting but i can't complete that quest once i try again
