Permanent pets not showing in the cashshop

Hello everybody,

Recently MS added the permanent stickman pet in the cashshop. I wanted to buy it since it's permanent. Now when I open my cashshop and I go to the special promotions tab > limited time category, I can't find the stickman pet package. I play on Bera. I live in Belgium. I know that deleted lootboxes, cubes etc. since gambling stuff like that is now against belgian law but deleting perma pets was never announced somewhere?? Can someone give me more information?
