Numerous bugs in Mushroom Shrine/other questlines

Im trying to complete this questline right now, have been repeatedly experiencing a bug where after defeating a boss or some enemies, the cutscene does not trigger to advance the quest. Happened three times:

1. When you help the oni and the weasel spirit fight a bunch of demons, had to repeat this several times. Enemies would die and the timer would just keep going. after several re enters and exits and closing MS it finally worked.

2. Again with the Gyuki (spider demon) boss fight. Had to kill him 2-3 times, cutscene wouldnt trigger, upon leaving the room and re entering, he would spawn again.

3. Helping the little fox spirits fight the Yakuza for Izuna's quest. Tried multiple times, cutscene still wont trigger.

I posted about this on Reddit, someone reported a similar issue currently with Lach prequests.
