Invalid access with invalid parameter.

After restarting my computer, the launcher asked me to reactivate my account and when I clicked the reactivate button, it shows the error "Invalid access with invalid parameter. Please try again." I've talked to live chat about this and they said that they would be "looking into this problem" because "other players are experiencing it".

Has anyone else experienced this issue before?
