Buddylist shows offline characters as "Online".

Brief bug summary: Buddylist UI shows offline characters as "Online". The characters are truly offline and can't be reached with whispers (aka not in offline-mode). Offline characters can show as "Online" for several hours after they logged out.

More details: The characters do not show as online in their guild UI, only buddylist. I'm using the Default Group (no custom groups). It can affect several offline characters at once.
I've heard people say this doesn't occur in other servers, so it might be a login server issue for Bera.

Steps to reproduce:
Have buddies registered to buddylist
View "Online" tab when one or several of your buddies are logged out of the game
Click their names
It will say "[IGN] - Checking location" at the bottom
Attempt to whisper the character
The character is offline

Character name: Sarcastic

Character level: 251

Character job: Phantom

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: Ongoing for at least a week. Latest observed on April 5th, 6:50 AM PST
