World Alliance, New World, Fresh Start!?

I believe the best way to revive maple currently (since the story has "ended") is to have some sort of fresh start. An idea came to mind. Most of the old players have quit the game, the only players left are either fairly new or loyal players. With that in mind, I believe having an alliance/world merge for all current worlds would be a good idea. Not only that, but also release a new world. That provides a fresh opportunity for all new and old players. On top of that, have the new world be 100% maintained by admins and/or community crime/hacker/bot watch.
