LINE FRIENDS Polling Event issue in android

Hello there,

It's important for me to note that I'm unable to vote using Google Chrome Browser App on my android device.
When I try to vote the following error message is displayed:
An error has occurred. Please Try again later.

My android device model is Samsung Galaxy A8.
Also, I tried to update my Google Chrome Browser App to the latest version from Google Play Store and it didn't help.
Important note: This issue only occurred when I tried to do it using Google Chrome in non-incognito window (private browsing), but it worked properly using Samsung Internet Browser App.

If a proof is needed by a screenshot, then I can provide one as soon as you ask for.

    Think it's Chrome and not Android.
