New Year Party People ring effect

Brief bug summary: One frame is offset in the effect animation. It appears below the characters instead of on top like the rest.

More details: Ring was available in the Lunar New Year event shop.

At first I thought it was a "launch" frame for the fireworks but that doesn't appear to be the case when you really look at it.

Steps to reproduce:
Equip the New Year Party People ring on two characters
Place the characters next to each other
The effect will begin
One frame flickers out of place at the end of the effect

Character name: all

Character level: all

Character job: all

World name: all

Date and time of the incident: Since the Lunar New Year event mentioned above (around January 29th)
