Buff Freezers not working

Can't pinpoint to exactly when this started but for a few months now Buff Freezers don't work half the time you use them, especially when you click "yes" too quickly after dying.
I've asked around my guild and we've all been experiencing the same.
This completely screws you over when bossing and is just extremely frustrating.
Please look into this asap
