Hey I'm level 58 with my Cadena and the 2nd job mission didn't show up yet what can i do?

    Just to double check you mean "2nd job mission" as the one you're suppose to get at lvl 30, right?
    Did you try opening the Maple Content Guide (default key is "u"). It should either be blue and say "Job Advancement" or be green and say "Recommended Quest".
