Whenever I start MapleStory from the Nexon launcher I get the game window but it is not responding, no matter how much I wait it stays like this, https://imgur.com/a/MUbMHuN.

I have already reinstalled MapleStory, I've already completely reinstalled Nexon and MapleStory, restarted my computer, but nothing works to fix it.
