Can't load the website on Chrome

As the title states, I can't login into maplestory 1 or 2's website in chrome, I also tried internet explorer, and opera.

It gives me this when I try:

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

I have tried clearing my cache, restarting my PC, and a bunch of other things. I can log into the site with firefox, but I can't spin my marvel spins I still have. And this started on sunday.

Any help would be appreciated.
