Brief bug summary: Activating the Firestarter ring skill causes the client to crash.

More details: After activating the fire starter ring skill in a burning map with less than 100%, the client crashes with error code 38, reached end of file.

Steps to reproduce: Go to a burning map with less than 100% burning, and use the firestarter ring skill.

Character name: Kàdd

Character level: 255

Character job: Kaiser

World name: Windia

Date and time of the incident: 3:45pm EST on June 12th 2019
