Hero combo attack skill toggle not working

i right clicked the toggle for combo attack but never activates unless i actually use the skill please fix this

    The toggle is for the visual part of the skill (the spinning orbs) only.
    Activating and deactivating the skill itself is still done via hotkey as before.
