massive DC, Crash game

every time i try to connect on my "high lvls" characters i get instant DC after "login on them" but when i login with my burning character nothing happens... if i change character game crash.. if i get to Cash shop Game crash... if i go to auction house... Game crash.. and if i conect to burning and then try to change character to my other characters.. guess WHAT !? GAME CRASH!! should it change game name to Crash Story or what? 12h of "bug fixing" for what?...
