Double burning activation not working.

I clicked on the pathfinder gifts on the main site, the window said to jump in game to receive rewards, it stated reward claimed. Tried to make a new burning character but have no option to do so.

    Double burning isnt a pathfinder reward. Everyone will have access to it in July
