Adventure Update: Still Tenderfoot and Legion?!

So for those who didn't still see. If you go onto a character who didn't rank up, you can still see the tenderfoot rank, along with that the other skill isn't there at all.

AND A HUGE NOTICE FOR SOME WHO HAVE THIS:

When I logged back into maplestory today, saw the sengoku box and was like neat! But when I tried to grab my legion quests...they weren't there. So I was like okay, maybe legion's busted again and It's another bug?

But when I went to the legion NPC, I had to RESTART THE TWO FIRST QUESTS! AND ON TOP OF THIS?! MY ENTIRE LEGION RANK WAS RESET BACK TO THE FIRST!


Sort of like what?! But yeah, just a notice for people!
