No Attack Range Buff to Dual Blade Yet?

Did they apply the attack range buff to Dual Blade's Phantom Blow & Blade Fury yet? I compared the video I made for those skills before and after Adventure update and there doesn't look like there was any difference. Just want to look for confirmation from other Dual Blade players before I bother Nexon with a support ticket.
