MCC drop rate decrease from mining?

Was the drop rate for Master Craftsman Cubes from mining Mysterious Veins and Mysterious Legendary Veins decreased?

I've only gotten ONE Occult Cube and the usual ores since the v205 update on June 12. Was this an intentional change, or does this "bug" belong on the long list of things that broke since that day?

I play in Broa, so this is kind of a bummer since this change has made it more challenging to cube my Unique-tier equips.
