Bishop Genesis is not "on cooldown" after death

Bug type: Gameplay

Brief bug summary: If you die with Genesis on cooldown, Big bang charges instead of being instant.

Steps to reproduce:
-Cast Genesis
-Cast Big Bang normally
-Die
-Try to cast Big Bang with Genesis still on cooldown

Character name: Mastahiro

Character level: 240

Character job: Bishop

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Always
