Redeeming KarmaKoin: Left on buffering screen.

Every time I try to redeem my KarmaKoin, I encounter a buffering screen. I don't know how else to redeem my KarmaKoin, so I'm not sure what to do. The whole "Add Balance" web page seems to not work for me, as I cannot even add balance using my credit card. Also, I'm not sure why there are two credit card options *shrug* https://i.imgur.com/1JPxD24.png

Please help! I'm hoping this problem can be resolved before the weekly cash shop exclusives reset.
