Blacklisting not working correctly

If you blacklist a character and they delete that character and create a new character with the same name you will not be able to blacklist the new character. some awful scammer/troll is taking advantage of this

    What happens when you try to blacklist them again?
    I've already forwarded it but I would appreciate an answer :)

    nothing happens, the name just will not get added to the blacklist again. ive tried from right clicking the character and from copying the name and adding from the blacklist window. both way just doesnt do anything at all
