WH buff does not work on evan

Description: Wild hunter's "call of the wild" skill provides a10% att/matt party buff. This buff however, does not work properly on evan's magic attack skills.

Battle analysis and straw dummy are used to record damage dealt BEFORE buff and AFTER buff. The dummy is hit for about 39 seconds to achieve a stable maximum hit. At 00:39, buff is applied and range increases by 4.59% However, MAXIMUM hit recorded(1,527,152,282) does NOT change after this point DESPITE having a 10% MATT increase.
