Blood Oath Weapon Effect not Working for Hayato

The particle effects for Blood Oath Weapon do not appear on screen when using the nx cover with a katana. I can assume that it does not work with a fan either. The effects will work with equipping with another weapon such as a 1-handed sword.

This effect did work properly in a previous patch, but has stopped working for a while now since it has probably been overwritten during a copy/paste of newer patches not including katanas a "weapon" for blood oath weapon to work properly.
