Take off craft cooldown on master craftsman cubes

Master craftsman cubes have become much cheaper to make now and less popular and not really worth making. I think it would be very helpful to take off the crafting cooldown on the master craftsman cubes because it would make it easier to get better unique gear instead of waiting an hour to make just 8 cubes
