Unlinking wrong email from Steam

As title suggests, I was adding maple story to my steam and when I got prompted to type in my Nexon accounts email, I accidentally misspelled the email address so now another email can’t be linked to that steam. I can’t find a way to unlink it that doesn’t involve not having access to the email as I’m not even sure it exists.

When the game boots up it is a clean slate account.

Is there anyway to unlink this random account from my steam?
