JETT Starline doing incorrect damage

Please Nexon


Before you push the update please make sure Starline One, Starline Two, and Starline Three are dealing the correct damage.
They are currently dealing about 50%-60% of what they should be dealing when Starline Four is maxed.

Please test the damage in game to see for yourself.
