Legion Coins not shared on Kanna

Brief bug summary:
Legion coins on my account are not being shared with my Kanna. However, Legion coins are appearing correctly for all my other characters on the Reboot server.
A week has passed and while the Legion coins for all my other characters has gone up, my Kanna is still stuck at zero coins.
