Cannot use a royal face coupon

Hey, I just bought a pixel pick royal face coupon, and tried to talk with Plastic Roy in order to use it.
But when clicking on the npc there is no comment.
I'll be glad for help, thanks.

    What town are you in?
    Can you try it in another town, or even go to the salon at Henesys and talk to Nurse Pretty there?
