Bug type: Issue with the recent(?) Gacha item from Maplehood event.

Brief bug summary: It is bugged in character profile, while on certain chairs, and also noticed it in adventure PQ - clashes with hairstyles.

    Not a bug. The hat's description clearly states that it won't show up in certain situations.
