Bug type: Questline lock

Brief bug summary: Can't proceed through Magnus Prequest Nova Troubles.

More details: I ran through the Pre-quest to unlock Magnus, but once I got to the mission Castle Crash's cutscene it does nothing and won't let me finish the quest, I didn't get this error on other characters, maybe what caused it is because I started the quest at level 140?
