Game will not launch

I've tried everything: turning off windows defender and reinstalling, reinstalling the game as well as the launcher, trying to edit the regestry (no files existed despite the game being installed, and able to attempt a launch).

I really don't know what else to do aside from not playing, prior to this the game took so much time to get working the first time I cannot imagine a non-returning player playing this game.
