[Hieizan Temple] Princess Noh Not Spawning

Brief bug summary: After leaving the map due to player death, Princess Noh does not respawn in the room and cannot be fought.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter the map Small Shrine: Inside Small Shrine and trigger the event with Princess Noh.
2. Die or leave the map.
3. Re-enter the room and notice her disappearance.
