[Display] Weapon Stat in shops misaligned

Before and after the October 3rd unscheduled patch hovering over an item would show the stat preview off the screen. Furthermore right clicking an item with a set will show the currently equipped item set effects instead of those being previewed.

    It was actually listed as a Known Issue in the v208 update notes, and in the October 2 maintenance notice.
