why every time there is an update it always tries to download the whole game? it's soo anoying

    Unless the downloaded line specifically shows the same file size as the installed line, it's not downloading the entire game. The downloaded line is what is being downloaded. The installed line is installation progress.

    It's not horrible and nefarious, people are just idiots.
