greet not registering for the halloween eventquest

I sent like over 10 greets and it only counted the first 2

    I know it only registers 10 a day
    (5 send 5 received)
    Also you can't send or receive from someone on the same acc but different character.
    I guess this was nexons' way of telling us no double dipping in the candy dish haha! (Seriously annoying though)

    I tried it again after reset and still can't get single greed. Im not sure if this is coincidental or a bug. Happened ever since the patch on the 24th.

    Personally avoiding channels 1&2 to do greetings seems to help with this issue.
