I can't type in numbers!

As the title suggested, yesterday when I was buying the HP/MP potions and it asked me to type in the number amounts. And just when I was trying to type in the numbers in the keyboard of Window 10, it didn't work.
Can you help?

    Are you using the number pad? And, if so, do you have NumLock on?
