Missing Tera Burning Project gift giveaway quest

I made a tera burning character and I didn't receive the quest to get the burning rewards. ive tried logging off and back in and nothing has worked. Wondering what to do.

Edit: Nevermind I didn't notice they moved the quest location from the star to the glory event icon, should put that on the website because it says it's under the star icon still.
