Issue: Quest Progression Disconnect

Explanation: I receive the Error Code 38 when I attempt fight the robots that spawn with the lasers right after the dialogue cutscene. The game disconnects me around 10 seconds after I spawn into the room that allows me to attack the robots and avoid lasers. This has happened multiple times on different channels and I am not able to progress.
