Scrapyard: the last visit quest missing

Hi there,

As l have tried many times, it turned out that the quest called the last visit quest is missing in map Scrapyard. Please help me. I have done all the quest, but just can't find the last quest to get medals.

    You need to do one of the weekly missions given to you by One-Eye to unlock it. The Special Request doesn't count.
