New CS Item "Light of the Dawn" Broken for non-KMS

Brief bug summary: New CS Weapon Cover "Light of the Dawn" mist effect does not work if you have Kanna Fan, Hayato Katana, or BT Sceptor Equipped.

More details:
Please refer to this video as evidence. The item is currently in the CS box rotation and the sword is a very popular item with Kanna and Hayato being two very popular GMS classes.
Please note, the weapon covers Blood Oath Weapon and Infinite Star Cluster are also similarly broken for the above mentioned classes.

Steps to reproduce:
Equip any weapon except Kanna Fan, Hayato Katana, or BT Sceptor while equipping the "Light of the Dawn" weapon cover and you will observe a blue mist effect emanating from your character. As soon as you equip a Fan, Katana, or Sceptor, the effect stops and will not work

Reboot but presumably all worlds

Date and time of the incident:
