Cutscene wont play

Hey, ive just finished the whole mushroom shrine storyline and beat Tengu and got the wood element but the cutscene in mushroom shrine will not play/trigger when i go there, ive tried going to the quest icon and accepting it from there (which just teleports me there) but i cant seem to get it to play nomater what i do.
