Can't Change face

My face got switched to Motivated Face (Black) after logging in one day. I can't change my face back through salon, but I can change my hair. Also, when I log on this character, on the character select screen, it has a blank face (Like what it looks like on the top 5 players on Dream Defender). It is only this character to my knowledge.
